Shabbat Table Discussions

In the first pasuk of this week’s parsha, Moshe tells Bnei Yisrael,”These are the things that Hashem commanded to do.”  However, in the next pasuk, only the prohibitions of Shabbat—what not to do—are mentioned. Why is there no mention of positive actions, only restrictions?

After the sin of the Golden Calf, Moshe smashes the Luchot (Tablets) upon seeing Bnei Yisrael’s betrayal (Shemot 32:19).  How is this a proper response to the situation?

In this week's parsha, Moshe’s name is noticeably absent for the first time since his birth. Why does the Torah choose to omit his name in this parsha?
